About K2R NEO

K2R Neo, or the Neo Lean Construction Competition, is a startup company that develops an innovative learning digital platform specifically regarding lean construction. This platform was first initiated in 2016 by Prof. Ir. Muhamad Abduh, M.T., Ph.D. From 2016 to 2019, K2R Neo frequently held simulation competition activities for construction project implementation using the Last Planner System (LPS) approach, which includes Collaborative Pull Planning, MakeReady, Production Evaluation & Planning, and Production Management. This activity was open to all students and construction practitioners in Indonesia. Having been halted due to the pandemic, this program was finally reopened in 2023 through a digital platform in the form of integrating an assessment system and design visualization within the information system.
