Business Recipe: Online Incubation Class to Hone Startup Businesses

Bandung, lpik.itb.ac.id – After being officially opened on April 29, 2024, and completing the onboarding phase, the LPIK incubation program has begun entering the incubation phase, where one of its facilities is an online class called Business Recipe.

This program is specifically designed to help the development of startups fostered by LPIK ITB by providing relevant knowledge and skills from practitioners and/or experienced C-levels directly from the industry. Through the Business Recipe activity, it is hoped that the readiness of campus innovation products can increase rapidly and accelerate their downstreaming process.

Several speakers who have been confirmed to participate include Bembi Juniar (President Director of Hijra Bank and Co-Founder of Alami Sharia) who will present material entitled Product Development Growth: Develop a Plan to Build Your Solution. Adi Reza Nugroho (CEO & Co-founder of MYCL) will share his views on the topic Moving Your Product from Prototype to Production. In addition, Gita Sulistia, Strategy & Business Development at Lintasarta, will also participate to share her knowledge and experience regarding Strategy & Digital Business Models, along with other speakers who will also participate. The presence of these practitioner resource persons is expected to provide diverse and in-depth additional perspectives to the participants.

The classes offered in this program cover various important topics relevant to startup business development. Starting from the introduction to business models, product development, business strategy, to digital marketing and sales. Each class is designed to provide practical insights that can be directly applied by the participants in developing their startups. For example, in the "Introduction to Business Model" session on May 8, 2024, participants will learn how organizations create, capture, and retain value.

Through an online format with meetings twice a month, this activity allows startup founders to interact directly with industry experts and practitioners. Each session will be equipped with a Q&A session and interactive discussion that provides an opportunity for participants to ask questions and get practical solutions to the challenges they face. This is a valuable opportunity for participants to deepen their knowledge and develop more effective business strategies.

With the target participants including startups fostered by LPIK ITB, it is hoped that this program can make a real contribution to the development of the startup ecosystem in Indonesia. Through the various topics discussed and the presence of competent speakers, Business Recipe is expected to become an effective platform for startup founders to learn, innovate, and grow together.
