2024 Business Idea Generation Program Affiliates with Hult Prize

Bandung, lpik.itb.ac.id – Opening the registration period, this time there is something different in the implementation of the Business Idea Generation (BIG) program from the entrepreneurship development division. Collaborating with Hult Prize in the 2024 Business Idea Generation program. This partnership aims to gather innovative business ideas from ITB students that can provide real solutions to global challenges.

Hult Prize, a global non-profit organization focused on developing social businesses, has provided significant support to strengthen the LPIK ITB Business Idea Generation Program. This partnership is expected to expand the scope and impact of business ideas generated by ITB students, in line with Hult Prize's vision of creating positive change on a global scale through entrepreneurship.

This program does not only emphasize holding a business idea competition, but also a profound selection and mentoring process. Students who register will follow a series of stages starting from selection, sprint workshops, team matchmaking, to the final presentation judging. Through the debriefing facilitated by LPIK ITB, it is hoped that they can be more mature to be able to win at a more established level such as the Hult Prize.

Focus on Global Challenges
In the 2024 Business Idea Generation Program, the main focus is directed at global challenges such as climate change, educational inequality, and economic inequality. Students are expected to generate business ideas that are not only technologically innovative but also have a positive impact in overcoming the critical problems faced by the world today, especially in the sustainable development agenda (SDGs).

Awards and Advanced Opportunities
Students who successfully create the best business ideas will have the opportunity to win awards and receive advanced support to develop and realize their business ideas. The partnership with Hult Prize opens the door for participants to engage in a global network, attend international events, and gain access to the resources needed to realize their entrepreneurial vision.

With the LPIK ITB Business Idea Generation Program affiliated with Hult Prize in 2024, it is hoped that it can birth a generation of students who are not only creative and innovative but also have a positive impact in facing increasingly complex global challenges.
